Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
At London Properties Experts, we understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your confirmed appointment, we kindly ask that you provide as much advance notice as possible. Late cancellations or last-minute changes may incur a cancellation fee in accordance with our booking terms.
Missed Appointments & Unavailable Access
If our technician arrives at the scheduled location but is unable to complete the work due to restricted access, customer absence, or circumstances beyond our control, a call-out or minimum service charge may apply.
For fixed-price bookings, evening appointments, weekends, or other pre-arranged time slots, we reserve the right to charge for the scheduled service where the appointment cannot proceed for reasons outside our responsibility.
